Draft Legislation on Mutual Legal Assistance in Cr

The BPR&D hasdrafted an important piece of legislation on “Mutual Legal AssistanceAct in Criminal Matters”, which is result of an in-house effort byBPR&D assisted by officers of CBI and NIA.  The draft does notreflect the views of Government of India and a view will be taken on Draft Actand its various provisions by the Government after receiving public comments. In case, you wish to make any suggestion or provide inputs, the same may be  sent by e-mail to  dg@bprd.nic.in or dirtrg@bprd.nic.in latestby 15th Nov., 2015.  It is requested that you may mentionyour name, address and telephone number while submitting the suggestion.
